Sesta di Sopra, Brunello Montalcino other_regions A highly perfumed bouquet evokesThe Sesta di Sopra 2019 Brunello di Montalcino is very generous and ripe with plush dark fruit, spiced brandy, blackberry liqueur and crme de cassis. There is an actively tannic component that is grippy and drying. It practically sucks the air out of your mouth, and I'm not confident that it will ever fully integrate. For that reason, I feel this wine is not fully balanced. Production is 4,500 bottles.
