Terroir Limit, Priorat Pedra Guix Vintage:2016 This too is quite aromaticallyThe 2021 Pedra de Guix blends one third Pedro Ximenez, one third Macabeo and one third Garnatxa Blanca from Priorat. Fermented in concrete with whole clusters, this golden wine presents a vermouth like aroma with notes of garrigue, stems, pears and quince in an oxidative, sherry like style. Dry and taut on the palate, it features a chalky texture and a faintly pastry like finish. This is a distinctive entry in the new white Priorat scene.
