I believe at least the darker wood is walnut

Silver(plate) Madonna, Jenning Brothers Statuette, Earlyish 20th Century be mine but how could I lookI came across this Madonna at a shop close to me and she struck me as just the right thing to keep around. The silver tone has a really nice softness and smoothness about it, and she looks a lot like a Grecian goddess to me! Stamped JP on the reverse, for Jenning Brothers of Bridgeport, CT, which from what I can find operated from the late 19th to early 20th century, producing jewelry boxes, animal figurines, religious busts, and tableware. 4 1 2" t x
