Tamed currant and cassis core with lavender, purple flowers and shining terroir. Smooth palate, with an intoxicating nose. Organically farmed; polycultural domaine including cherry & apricot trees, ash & acacia trees, mushroom & truffles. This wine is produced from very old vines, overlooking the village of Mercurol. The grapes are manually harvested, destemmed and fermented for about three weeks. The
