A tiny but very sweet and unusual carved miniature table in the form of a clover leaf

changed significantly over time and reveals a whole lot about the values of the times

finely made Coushatta basket of pine needles and raffia

as described on the side of the box

Monogrammed in ink at lower left, and "Boston" at lower right. And it was in Boston that I found it. C. 1830s 40s I believe, and a lovely gift if ever I saw one. 7 7 8" x 4 13 16". Very good antique condition, color just gorgeous.
