I have a soft spot for old folky inlaid frames like this

and there is a lot of variation in quality

with some loss of the bright yellow nailed-on trim around the lower sides

Both in very good condition

Boston Pen and Ink Clipper Ship Drawings on Ledger Paper cyanotype portrait I have a soft spotI have a hard time resisting old ship drawings, but what especially sold me on these is that they were done on old used ledger paper, with the header on one of them being Boston, Sept. 1895 (and including what appear to be fairly substantial assets.) As Boston had been quite a hub of clipper ship design and building, I'd like to think whoever drew these had a personal connection, or at least observed these beauties on the sea, first hand. I don't
