Flamenco dancing couple and party guests are on the base of this pair of noise makers. The graphics indicate circa 1920s or 1930s. This vintage party favor was a standard at New Year's Eve Parties and quickly became popular at dances and parties. The noisemakers features a red painted wood handle and is in good vintage condition with a few indentations and minimal rust
