I bought and sold one long stretch of English 17th early 18th century heavy wool and metallic thread trim a month or two ago, and scooped up this group of pieces last week, earlier 19th century I think, maybe even earlier than that, and I would guess French. I just find the metallic thread embroidery, which I think
