Fermentation occurred with 70% destemmed
Il Gusto di Amalfi Finocchietto, 700ml Bugey Aged 12 months in FrenchSmall batch liqueur of fennel seeds which grows profusely on the Amalfi Coast. Hand harvested of tall plants in October when seed heads are dry. Best served cold, but not iced (no freezer!) May contain sediment. No preservatives, coloring agents or stabilizers.
