I'm guessing this was probably made as a mold
c1913-1917
In a terrific stylized capital font too
giving what I assume is an angel's head (with wings and halo) to a "body" composed of decorative architectural elements
I have not tried to remove the caps

This made me feel cheerful in a very welcome way when I found it but while charming it does not feel at all saccharine; more like a moody spring day. 20" x 24" and in very good condition,
