Cold racking and the fermentation starts in stainless tanks
Each are aged individually for six months on 3-year-old French Oak Barrels and then blended together to age for a minimum of six additional months in bottle
the benefits to the long term condition of the vineyards
and is usually released about 4 years after the vintage
