It was purchased from an estate in Waban

but have a slight hunch they may be Korean and would guess they date from the 1940s or early 50s

with horizontal folds that should flatten out pretty easily if pressed under something heavy and a little staining here and there and along the left edge

Hard not to get sucked into this once one begins reading

This is the first set of original Rorschach tests I have actually seen in person

I will ship the rooster tomorrow night. Yours truly." And then at top, "I will ship by Express." I can't quite read the signature, but the recipient seems to have been a Mr. John Ass. (?) The photo is a bit dark, but pretty fabulous, complete with a trophy exactly at the center, above which one rooster is precisely perched one assumes the first prize winner,
