6 3/4" long x 3/4" tall

I just think it's excellent looking

with just a tiny bit of loss of white paint in a couple of spots that just adds to its charm

Late 19th early 20th century I believe, with finger jointed corners, brass hardware, and a beautifully shaped old wooden palette (sadly with a couple of mended splits, but still pretty, and still totally usable) that fits neatly inside. 9 7 8" w x 7 1 2" d x 2 3 4" t. Used for sure but in overall very good condition with hinges firmly
