I've rarely met an old art school color theory exercise I didn't like

but I've got to say I really love them

I believe hard to know if the younger women here are the wives of the wounded, or their nurses or perhaps both. The child shadowed in the doorway with hand laid on the skirt of the older woman appears rather sickly, so I do wonder if perhaps a facility for individuals with polio?
