Canning Individual Inverted Polycarbonate Bass Reed Tartan Size - Each Earring -We are pleased to announce the launch of our new inverted polycarbonate bass reed. The inverted format adds extra reliability when striking in a must for any band piper. Giving a rich, smooth tone, this bass, when matched with our tenor reeds will make your pipes hum! This reed was developed and played by Ryan Canning within Field Marshal Montgomery in 2012 and is now the bass reed of choice in Shotts & Dykehead Caledonia. It is also available in
