so likely it once stood on a base

It was executed in what appears primarily to be graphite

with a fantastic warm dry wood patina

Lifting up her dress reveals pink legs and baby blue shorts, looking now as if tie dyed and suggesting she was once more brightly colored. Plus a fabric head, silk I believe, with much faded hand drawn features and polka dots on the back where it is gathered, with a few stitches holding it to her head. A tiny wonder. 3 1 8" x 2 3
