Tesseron, Pym Rae Vintage:2019 Made from 90% Sauvignon BlancThis is packed, offering a core of steeped black currant, plum sauce and blackberry reduction that plays wonderfully with a set of sweet bay, chestnut leaf and dried violet aromatics. Underneath is support in the form of a smoldering cast iron girder as additional singed alder and walnut husk accents filter through. Admirably captures the terroir driven density of this benchmark vintage. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Best from 2028
