Prussia, Kingdom. A Pour le Mérite, Miniature Version, c. 1935 Newly Listed number impressed "K50" on the(Orden Pour le Mrite). Instituted June 1740 by King Friedrich II of Prussia. (1740 1918 issue). Constructed of gilded silver with enamels, consisting of a Maltese Cross with blue enameled arms joined through the quadrants by detailed and double sided Prussian imperial eagles, the obverse three, six, and nine oclock arms bearing a gilt inscription of POUR LE MRITE, the twelve oclock arm bearing a gilt monogram of King Friedrich II, the twelve oclock
