Newly Listed 5 mm (w) x 21Constructed of silver, the obverse consisting of a richly detailed oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a bow tie ribbon, overlaid by a Romanov imperial eagle clutching an orb and sceptre, its wings overlaid by eight shields bearing regional coats of arms, with a central shield bearing the coat of arms of Moscow within a collar of the Order of St. Andrew the First Called, the reverse with a backplate and wingnut meeting a
