Constructed of white cotton, the obverse bearing a printed ink divisional emblem in the form of a dark green shield, overlaid by an additional shield featuring black and blue quadrants, topped by Cyrillic initials , measuring 80 mm (w) x 95 mm (h), in unissued and extremely fine condition.
