In finely toned silver with a white and green enameled Maltese Cross with a silver star separately affixed within each quadrant, silver gilt centre pieces with green enameled laurels, gold crown on obverse, reverse medallion depicts the cypher of Orlie Antoine I, hallmarked with eagles head denoting French manufacture, measuring 37. 4 mm (w) x 46 mm (h inclusive of horizontal tunnel suspension), with damage to 3 o'clock arm, remains fine.
