Constructed of golden yellow cotton twill, the exterior bearing a chain stitched black German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked by a partially legible Landrat stamp, otherwise unmarked, measuring 18. 5 cm (w) x 11 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, a lightly used or unworn example in near mint condition.
