Rare 19th C. Large Mosaic Work Parquetry Set in Original Slide Top Box coffee pot Found at a fantastic estate

Found at a fantastic estate sale loaded with mid-century ceramics and other wonderful objects from around the world

with a little minor hairline crack that does not go through and one tiny nick to the lip

It is in great shape

each letter is 4" tall and 11 and 11/6" deep

presumably for Vermont

Whatever the case, it's a beauty of a set, and a very rare one to find, with its original pair of design cards inside, suggesting various forms to be made.
