Constructed of black wool, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse featuring machine embroidered silver aluminum wire arms border on the interior with flat wire simulating the pebbling of a metal cross, with a central machine embroidered black mobile swastika, the six oclock arm with a machine embroidered date of 1939, the reverse featuring a field grey
