Son Prim Merlot 2022 Lucien le Moine Nuits Saint Georges 1. Cru including the finest plots ofRed wine from the Son Prim winery located in VT Mallorca. This wine is produced in stainless steel tanks under a controlled temperature between 20C and 29C. It has undergone a maceration for 21 days and a malolactic fermentation. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 12 months in 225 liter oak barrels from France, the United States and Hungary. An intense and expressive Cabernet with a ruby red fruit bouquet, offering notes of red pepper, olive,
