This Single Pot Still Irish whiskey was matured initially in American Oak Bourbon barrels for between 15 and 28 years. The maturing whiskey was then finished in virgin native Irish Oak Hogshead casks grown on the Knockrath Estate for a period of two years. Specificallly, from a single tree 'Tree No. 5' from the
