Jacques-Frederic Mugnier Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru Les Fuees 2023 SF Chronicle The Sauvignon Blanc leans brightLes Fuees sits at the northern end of Chambolle Musigny, bordering Bonnes Mares, and it shows: this is the firmer, more structured of Mugnier's two Chambolle Premier Crus, with a little more grip and darker fruit than the ethereal Amoureuses. Still, this is Mugnier, so structure arrives wrapped in perfume and silk. A classic, age worthy Chambolle 1er Cru, and produced in small quantity.
