Originally founded in 1872, the distillery shuttered in 1925 and was recalled to life in 2004 by descendants of the original founders. Today, their whiskys show a beautiful harmony in the glass and this lives up to that history. Aged for eight years exclusively in used Bourbon barrels, this was just released in early 2023 and bottled at 55. 8%
