We met at Azurmendi, in Basque Country. The menu is a culmination of our journey cooking side by side around the world From Brazil to Indonesia, Paris to Italy, Spain to The Netherlands. Together, we bring these influences into a cuisine that is playful yet precise. For us, food is more than sustenance, its
