Feels like a perfect miniature sculpture to me. 3 11 16" x 3" t x 1 1 2" d. Good condition, general wear to the paint on the seat, which is nice, as if much sat upon! Paint nice and thick elsewhere. Looks to be held together by very tiny nails. C. early 20th c. I would guess.
