2024 G. B. Burlotto Dives Langhe Sauvignon, Piedmont, Italy Ornellaia Jozua Joubert planted the vineyardSourced from the estates oldest Sauvignon Blanc vines, planted in 1986 on marl and limestone soils in Verduno. Hand harvested grapes undergo a brief skin maceration before fermentation with native yeasts in acacia wood barrels. The wine is aged on fine lees in acacia barrels until mid summer, with malolactic fermentation prevented through cooling. The 2023 vintage presents a complex profile with notes of candied lemon, cedar, and a touch of asparagus.
