A striking balance of fruit purity and biscuity richness makes room for chalky minerality on the nose. Loires own Chenin Blanc brings chamomile and lanolin, adding complexity to Chardonnays fresh green apple and Pinot Noirs delicate cherry flavors. A vein of focused acidity runs through an otherwise creamy texture, and a kiss of residual sugar provides for a rounded mouthfeel.
