2021 | Krone 'Borealis Cuvee Brut' MCC | Tulbagh Terre Alte it is made in SicilyA vintage characterised by snow and sun. The cool 2021 growing season began with a cooler than average winter. Snow capped mountains encircling the vineyards radiated white cold. On the palate bubbles like silk, featherweight and buoyant, languidly wrap around winter melon, white peach, fresh pineapple. Wet crystal acidity, limpid and mineral, unwinds along seams of coiled light. Extended lees time (18 months) and a lower level of tirage layers on
