2023 Henri Germain et Fils Meursault Limozin, Cote de Beaune, France Cameron Sourced from our HJW VineyardLimozin sits just below the 1er Crus of Genevrires and Poruzots and is next to 1er Cru Charmes vines were planted in the late 1930s. Soil: Silty clay limestone Elevation: 230 240 meters Exposure: Southeast Vinification: Manual harvest, no added yeasts or enzymes, very rarely any btonnage, cold and very slow fermentations (late occurring Malo) Maturation: 18 months (20 25% new oak), fined and filtered only when necessary Wines arrive mid to late
