2024 Eleni & Edouard Vocoret Chablis Les Pargues, Burgundy, France Castilla y León direct pressingLes Pargues is a left bank lieu dit tucked between Vaillons and Montmains, on thin clays over Kimmeridgian limestone that often delivers premier cru level cut. The Chardonnay is hand harvested, gently pressed, and fermented with native yeasts, then raised on fine lees mostly in stainless steel with a small share in seasoned barrels to preserve precision.
