Giovanni Sordo Barolo Monprivato 2019 TBO Cabernet Franc & Chenin BlancFrom one of Barolo's most coveted vineyard parcels comes this seductive, layered expression from the limestone rich terroir of Monprivato. Sordo is the only producer outside the Mascarello family making wine from this southwest facing site in Castiglione Falletto, aged 15 months in French oak and released in modest quantities of around 3,000 bottles annually. Vibrant red fruitpeaches, strawberries, cherrieswith delicate cinnamon spice and a fine
