The only blended wine from the Rougeot domaine, the Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a mixture of both Lameroses and Vaux parcels, with shorter maceration as the heat and concentration of the vintage lended itself to a bit of experimentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered and without additional SO2.
