It comes from a single, tiny plot of just 0. 8 hectares, and though the vines are young (planted c. 2010), the fruit they yield is very concentrated, thanks in part to the high density of vines. This is a tense, nervous wine, with so much energy and savory minerality. Saline, lightly floral, and barely fruity (the fruit that does come through
