2021 | Law Estate Wines 'Audacious' | Paso Robles Champagne Francis Verrier the 2019 Coquet Gran ReservaThe 2021 Audacious is an interesting mix of 35% Grenache, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Carignan, and 18% Syrah that spent 22 months in 58% new French oak. Its deep plum hue gives way to full bodied aromas and flavors of red and black fruits, leather, peppery herbs, and chalky minerality. It's balanced, has a terrific mid palate, ripe yet building tannins, and a great finish. It's another seriously good wine from this team that has so much to love.
