Bernabeleva works high altitude granite terroir in the Sierra de Gredos, where Garnacha turns fresh and perfumed rather than jammy. Navaherreros Tinto is the estate blend, drawn from selected parcels of mature vines and made with the same low intervention care as the pricier single vineyard bottlings. Long, gentle fermentations and a combination of stainless steel, concrete and large
