Riesling comes from Raposka, Szent Gyrgy hill (farmed by the winemaker); Furmint is purchased from Sg hegy, organic vineyard. Making of (2024): First year for this cuve! After harvesting, all grapes are direct pressed, co fermented, and aged on the lees in 500 600 liter big barrels plus a 300 liter amphora.
