Slight indentations on the edges of the pin ensure that your dough is rolled to a perfect, even thickness every time. The 24" Lovely Rolling Pin comes in 3 different options based on the thickness that you wish to roll your dough out to. The 18" pin is available in the 1 4" thickness; this is the most common thickness for
