2020 Vallisassoli 'Per Una Volta #02' Code di Volpe, Campania IGP Bianco Rheingau The Akutain Gran Reserva isPer Una Volta #2 is the result of a desire to take care of the vineyard planted in the garden of the castle of San Martino Valle Caudina, a medieval fortress that originally belonged to the Pignatelli della Leonessa family. It is a white wine made from Coda di Volpe. The grapes were macerated on their skins for 30 days in a small concrete barrel. The wine was aged for two years in concrete and then for just under one year in bottle before release. 444
