The cast bronze body of compressed globular form, raised on a trumpet shaped foot, the hinged cover with a sculpted bird finial and there is a corresponding finial to the loop handle. The lamp having twin spots to receive two wicks and therefore two lights, the top of the lamp decorated with a band of calligraphy, the base with engraved decoration. There is oxidization to the surface
