It was fermented in concrete eggs and aged in the same containers for about eight months. The aromas are a bit vegetal and earthy, but the palate is a delight of red fruit flavors amid somewhat rustic tannins, ideal for charcuterie. A wine with great balance and, above all, of great freshness.
