This whimsical print is so dreamy with buttons down the front and tie for the waist. Its an effortless look when you throw this on. It had buttons on the cuffs. The buttons down the front only go down about half way. Not much stretch throughout, see measurements below. Measurements : 42 bust 43. 5 length 24 arm length 44 hips fabric is a
