The infusion is sweetened lightly and aged briefly in old wooden casks before bottling
consisting of grey slate bedrock covered by a layer of loess loam
but it wasn’t until the 2007 vintage that Giampiero deemed the vines old enough to do justice to the cru’s potential
Aged in concrete vats for eight months followed by three months in the bottle before release
